This Resiliency Frame Up Session creates an environment of trust and safety by providing a space to explore and overcome motivational, communicative, and disheartening workplace challenges.
Included in this 90-minute session:

Explore the main 6 negativity biases

Identify which one may be unconsciously happening for you

Learn a process of reviewing automatic negative thoughts

Discover more productive ways to think and behave during difficult times
Instead of feeling paralyzed, strategies are presented to adapt and interpret events more realistically, which leads to empowerment and control
over one's thoughts and actions.
Additionally, this enhanced engagement opens up communication lines and builds a more cohesive and positive work culture.

The Re-Frame is appropriate as a short workshop, for a retreat, or can be shortened as a 45 or 60 minute "lunch & Learn" or professional development event.

w/ Negativity Bias Assessment
The Leadership & Resilience Strategy Lab strengthens owners and leaders by showing how to find opportunities within uncertainty. Leadership is one of the main levers to raise or lower engagement among individual employees and teams.
During this 3-hour lab leaders will:

Discover strategies to redirect or overcome biases happenign within their team

on premises. Assessments are accessible online beforehand, and are completed in time for event with team members able to follow along with their results during session.

GRIT: Group Resilience Intensive Training
Accountability Initiative
GRIT is a 12-month commitment promoting actionable outcomes with the support of accountability. As the follow up to the Resiliency Strategy Lab, leaders and managers come together in alignment to map out and integrate resiliency throughout organizational practices, processes, and policies.
Methods introduced will embrace the company mission and leverage your leaders strengths. This will help identify opportunities to bolster team capacity, foster engagement, and uplift performance levels. At the same time, the group will strengthen and embed functional practices into the fabric of their style and the company.
