Awareness: Learn how to recognize and curb negativity bias, refocus, and develop tools to manage your thoughts and mindset more effectively. As a TRACOM® Certified Resilience Trainer, Kathleen will assist you so you’ll walk away with a clearer mind and a sharper focus to handle life’s challenges.
Endurance: Discover how to physically release deep tension and stress stored in your muscles, restoring your body’s natural resilience. Kathleen is a Global Provider of Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE®). Through this technique, TRE® is a proven method of non-verbal stress management and is used in over 60 countries worldwide. Each date's attendance is limited to 10 people only. This promotes a more trusting and open setting with the ability to have a bit of breathing room about us.
Please bring a notepad to capture information and tools that you may find helpful to carry home. There will also be worksheets to help dive deeper into your unique resilience areas.
In order to effectively gain a physical stress release, we will be on a floor mat for a portion of the workshop. Please wear clothes that allow you to comfortably do light stretching and lay on you back for the TRE®. Adaptations available - just ask.
